38th Annual Ozarks Black Gold Walnut Festival

For it’s 38th year, the Ozarks Black Gold Walnut Festival will be held October 7, 2023, on the square in Alton, MO.

Saturday, October 7, 2023:

  • 9am: Opening ceremony, performed by local Boy Scouts troop
  • 9:15am: Announcements for the day
  • 9:30am: Pumpkin carving contest
  • Booths
  • Food
  • Crafts

Classic Car Cruise In & Live Music

On top of the annual Run The Town For The Gold 5k run/walk, Friday night will also feature a classic car Cruise-In on the square beginning at 5:30pm.  For more information regarding the Cruise-In contact Tom Clary: (417) 331-4205.

While checking out a host of classic cars you can also enjoy the sounds by the Redline Band who will take the stage at 7:30pm.

There will also be a bounce house and inflatables available for all of the younger kids, so there will be something to entertain all ages!
